My name is Abbie Housewright and I’m very excited to introduce my debut screenplay, The Superstition Inn.

Guests enter a luxury wellness resort in the remote Arizona Superstition Mountains, only to discover all is not well. A southwestern Midsommar meets the terrifying remoteness of the Shining.

Hugo and Olivia, a couple on their babymoon, trying to soak in all their time together before the baby comes.

Annie and Bridget, on a girls trip to reconnect and recover from burnout.

Charlie, Theo and Finn, an obnoxious group of 20 something year old boys on a trip none of them want to be on. 

We follow the characters through wild wellness fads, from past life regression classes and world class spa treatments. 

However, all is not as it seems. A sinister secret hides within the resort and will drastically change the lives of everyone involved.

This film explores a unique story, in the often forgotten desert.
